Privacy Policy
Raven Risk AI Inc. ("Raven") is the AI Platform for Corporate Credit, purpose-built for banks, private credit firms, CLO managers, and institutional lenders and investors. Built for credit, not adapted for it.
Customers use the Raven Platform to analyze and monitor loans and credit investments from the documents they upload. Raven also offers Raven Direct, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector that brings Raven's credit intelligence into frontier models, such as Claude, or other compatible platforms, and connects users to structured deal information, analysis, and source documents already in Raven. This policy covers the Raven Platform and Raven Direct.

The security and privacy of your data are of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy describes Raven's policies and practices regarding its collection and use of personal data and sets forth your privacy rights. We will update it from time to time as we adopt new personal data practices or new privacy policies, we will post changes here with a new effective date, and we will tell our customers about significant changes.
What we collect
  1. Account information. When you sign in to Raven or connect with Raven Direct, we receive your name, work email, Raven user ID, and the company you belong to in Raven. Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, Auth0.
  2. Customer deal materials. Documents customers upload, such as information memoranda and financial statements, and the analysis Raven generates from them. This is business information about corporate borrowers. Raven does not seek personal information. If any appears, it is rare and incidental, typically the business contact details of company officers and directors. Customer deal materials are handled under the customer's agreement with Raven.
  3. Requests and results. When you use Raven Direct, the request sent to Raven, such as a loan or investment name, a question, or a search term, is used only to answer that request and is not kept in our usage records. Raven returns information from the loans and investments your account can access, such as documents, analysis, models, and reports, and these results are returned to the platform you are using so it can answer you.
  4. Usage records. For each request we record the tool used, which input fields were sent (but not what was entered in them), your Raven user ID, email, and company, the loan or investment, the application that made the request, how long it took, and whether it succeeded. Usage records do not include your questions, search terms, document content, or results.
  5. Technical data. Our servers log technical information about each connection, such as IP addresses, request times, and error details, to operate and secure the service.
We do not collect payment card data through Raven or Raven Direct.
How we use it
We collect only the information we need to provide Raven's credit intelligence and analysis. We use it to deliver the Raven Platform and Raven Direct, provide customer support, monitor the performance and reliability of our systems, send service notices, comply with legal and contractual obligations, and maintain the security of our systems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with partners for analytics, marketing, or advertising. We do not use customers' documents or data to train AI models.

Raven Direct and MCP
Raven Direct is a secure connector built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that lets a frontier model, such as Claude, or another compatible platform to request information from an application on a user's behalf. Users sign in with their Raven credentials over an encrypted HTTPS connection using standard OAuth 2.0 authentication, and Raven Direct can never exceed that user's Raven permissions.
Raven Direct receives only what each tool call sends to it, such as the loan or credit investment and the request being made. It does not access the platform's memory, chat history, conversation summaries, or files you have uploaded to it, and Raven does not log into conversation content. [Engineering to confirm the sign-in and logging statements.]
Results shown in a frontier model or other platform are handled under the user's or their firm's own agreement with that provider, such as Anthropic for Claude, not Raven's. The provider in this role is not Raven's sub-processor. Raven recommends a business plan, such as Claude Team or Enterprise, whose retention and training terms meet the firm's needs.
Raven Direct does not show advertising or sponsored content.

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Raven, when a customer directs us to, when the law requires it, or in a business transfer. We do not share it with advertising. Our AI providers may keep inputs and outputs for a limited period, currently up to [30] days, and may not use them to train their models. Each provider's privacy policy is linked below.

Book design is the art of incorporating the content, style, format, design, and sequence of the various components of a book into a coherent whole. In the words of Jan Tschichold, "Methods and rules that cannot be improved upon have been developed over centuries. To produce perfect books, these rules must be revived and applied." The front matter, or preliminaries, is the first section of a book and typically has the fewest pages. While all pages are counted, page numbers are generally not printed, whether the pages are blank or contain content.
